We like to visit the places we recommend to our customers. This time we were at the Trikuharry Natural Center Natural Park in Urdax – Urdazubi @Trikuharry near the caves. We gathered the whole family.
The treatment we received was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We also spent a full 2 hours enjoying the park’s animals: ostriches, birds, wolves, wild cats…
We really liked the approach. Forget the typical zoo we usually visit with the children. This is a park dedicated to “saving” those animals that are abandoned, mistreated, or simply neglected. Trikuharry’s work is the recovery of those animals that arrive in great suffering. It is exciting to share with the owners their passion for those animals.
The children, and we adults too, really enjoyed listening to the stories they told us, petting the animals, and holding the birds.
It has undoubtedly been a visit we will repeat and that we recommend to all visitors to the area of Zugarramurdi, Urdazubi, Baztan, Malerreka, Bortziriak, and the surrounding areas.
