Booking deposit

For the booking to be confirmed, the customer must pay an advance of 50% of the price of their stay to the bank account details that will be provided, or by Bizum when contacting the owner, or directly by card when making the online booking.

Booking cancellation

Important notice: The full booking deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the check-in date. If cancelled 2 weeks before, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. For cancellations made less than two weeks in advance, we will retain the full deposit. If you need to cancel or change the booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can refund the full deposit amount.
