General Conditions of Angiz I and Angiz II

  • Check-in time for guests will be from 17:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time on the day of departure may not exceed 11:00. We will be flexible with these times as long as there are no departures or arrivals on the same day.
  • The deposit paid when making the reservation (50% of the total price) will be deducted from the total reservation price. The remaining payment will be made on arrival or departure.
  • In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full up to 2 weeks before the check-in date. From that date onward, the accommodation reserves the right to keep the full deposit. In the event of closure of the accommodation or inability to travel by law due to covid, the deposit paid in advance will be refunded in full.
  • The guest must arrive before 24:00 on the day of arrival. If they arrive later, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Upon departure, the house must be left in acceptable hygienic conditions and in the same working and usage condition as it was upon arrival. If there is any material damage to the house, Angiz apartments reserve the right to request payment of the amount necessary to repair it.
  • Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
  • Pets are allowed on request and subject to rules that will be communicated when the request is made.
  • The maximum capacity of the house is: 4 adults + 1 child on an extra bed + 1 baby in a cot in Angiz I and 5 adults + 1 child on an extra bed + 1 baby in a cot in Angiz II. No more people will be admitted.
  • Responsible consumption of the material and energy resources available in the house is requested: towels, sheets, water, electricity, heating…
  • The importance of separating waste for recycling is emphasized
  • Proper and moderate use of heating is requested (do not open windows without lowering the temperature, appropriate temperature…).
  • If inappropriate behavior is observed inside or around the house (due to material damage, hygiene problems, disturbances to coexistence, not respecting the number of places, etc.), the owners would be entitled to expel the guests.

Data Protection Law

We hereby inform you that the personal data provided to Casa Angiz Etxea will be incorporated into a file for which the self-employed worker Haizea Destribats Yañez, N.I.F. 44565960x, is responsible. Its purpose is to serve as a database of customers and contracted services, the sending of commercial communications, as well as the monitoring and fulfillment of the reciprocal obligations arising from the corresponding contracts signed with them. The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection may be exercised by writing to Haizea Destribats Yañez, Casa Angiz Etxea, C/ Ukulu 4 – 31791 – Sunbilla, Navarra. These data will be processed in accordance with the protection and specifications contained in REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
